Sometimes, you may complete a survey, but your account is not credited for it. This can happen for the following reasons:
- Surveys will ask several demographic questions to see if you qualify for a particular survey. This is normal, and completing the demographic part of a survey does not count toward point credit.
- Surveys post to accounts within 1 to 24 hours after you qualified for, and completed, the survey in full. In rare cases, some surveys may not post to your account for up to 7 days. Timing is usually noted on the survey offer prior to accessing it.
- If you haven't been credited after 7 days, you can submit a ticket to us for us to investigate the issue further. We'll require specific information about the survey, including a screenshot, that the survey was fully qualified for and completed. Submitting a ticket does not guarantee that manual credit will be issued to you.
