Why was my reward put under review?
Sometimes, accounts are randomly selected for verification. If your reward was put in a review status, we are working to verify that your account transactions were valid. Common causes for this status include:
- Completing high dollar amount shopping transactions, which we have to manually verify to validate. This can take up to 30 days.
- Completing high point-value offers, which we have to validate with the merchant to ensure they were completed using valid and correct information. This can take up to 30 days.
- Completing high-value surveys immediately after becoming a new member.
- Questionable account activity as detected by our protective measures. We cannot tell you what we look for.
- In rare cases, we may ask you to verify your identity by proving to us your mailing address that is associated with your CreationsRewards account. This is done to ensure your household is not violating the CreationsRewards account limit per household requirement.
Once the verification is completed, your reward will be released, cancelled, or the account permanently banned, depending on the outcome of our account verification process.
