How are gift cards issued to me?

CreationsRewards sends your reward to you, using the information on your CreationsRewards account. All gift cards are currently sent via email. You will receive an email with your gift card when your reward has been processed.

We do not provide your reward to you outside of email. This is done to ensure that you are the sole recipient of your reward from us. Make sure your email address is current and valid when redeeming your points.
