How do I unsubscribe from CreationsRewards?

You can unsubscribe from CreationsRewards by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of any email that is sent to you from us. Please note, that by unsubscribing you will be closing your CreationsRewards account, which will forfeit all earned points, and any pending redemption requests.

If you just want to receive less Email from CreationsRewards, visit the My Profile page when you are logged into your account. Toward the bottom of the page, you can set your email preferences to receive less email from CreationsRewards.

Alternatively, you can also submit a support ticket to us with your request to cancel your account.
