Why haven't I been credited for my purchase?

After shopping through CreationsRewards, please allow 7 to 14 days for your shopping points to be credited to your account, after your order was shipped by the store you ordered from.

If after 14 days, you still haven't been credited, please contact us and let us know. We will submit a manual credit request to the store to research your purchase to see why it did not credit back to your account.

When contacting us, be sure to include the following information:

• Date of your order
• Store name
• Order number
• Subtotal, before any shipping or taxes

We will then contact the store you ordered from to request them to research your purchase, and issue a manual credit to us if possible.
