Why haven't I received my account verification email?

When you register for CreationsRewards, we will send you a welcome email with a link to click on to confirm your account. You must confirm your account in order to enjoy unrestricted access to CreationsRewards.

If you didn't receive your confirmation email, check your junk/spam folder. Sometimes the email is delivered there versus your inbox.

If you still didn't receive it, when you login to CreationsRewards, you will see a black bar with a button that will resend it to you. Click on the Resend Confirmation Email button, and we will resend it to you right away.

If you still didn't receive it, open a support ticket, and we'll be happy to assist you.

We also recommend adding the email address surveyinvite@creationsrewards.net to your email addressbook or contact list. This will help ensure inbox delivery of future emails from CreationsRewards.
