I can't login. How do I reset my password?

To reset your account password, visit the Forgot Password page. Enter in your email address, and submit the form. A new password will be sent to you immediately.

If you still can't login using the temporary password, submit a ticket to us, and we will reset your account's password manually.

Also, make sure you update your password to one of your choice, by visiting the My Profile page after logging in with your temporary password.
